What do I wear to your shows?

Most people wear a dressy casual style, though some choose to "dress to the nines!" Denim is generally discouraged, but gentlemen are not required to wear ties and jackets.

Where do I park?

There are several parking lots in close proximity to the theatre, each of which charges a fee. The City parking structure is located at the corner of Colfax & Main. The Marriott Hotel offers parking at their structure on the corner of Michigan & Colfax. There is a private lot just north of the theatre. Limited (free) street parking is available close to the theatre. Downtown traffic can be heavy and parking areas may be full. Please plan ahead and leave early in order to arrive at the theatre before the curtain goes up.

What if I'm late for a show?

Latecomers will be seated at the first appropriate performance break, which is determined by the show's production company. If there is no appropriate break, latecomers will be seated in the rear of the house until intermission, except on sold out performances.

Can I bring children to your shows?

The Broadway Theatre League prides itself on offering family-friendly entertainment. Although most shows are appropriate for children over five, some shows are not. If you have any questions about a specific show, please call us at 574.234.4044 and we will be happy to advise you. Everyone must have a ticket for admission.

How early should I arrive for your shows?

Doors open 30 minutes prior to each performance.

Can I bring my cell phone in case of an emergency?

The use of cellular phones, beepers, radios, and anything else that goes beep, buzz, or whir is not permitted within the theatre. Please make sure that you turn off your electronic devices before attending a performance. The Emergency Phone Number for the theatre is 574.235.5900. Theatre personnel will be better able to locate you if the person needing to reach you has your seat location.
